Ulysses links to external Electronic Time Management Systems like Ezitracker and CM2000, as well as Burrall Infocare.
Newcare exports client, carer and visit information via the web, into the external system.
On arrival to the service user, carers call a single 0800 number to register their visit. If the Service user phone number is
hidden, then the carer can enter a manual Client PIN code instead.On departure, the carer calls a second time – to register the end of their visit. This information is processed live (within a
minute or so) back to the Newcare system and is extremely quick and easy to use.
Ulysses provides an easy-to-use exception management system and the ability to auto confirm shifts and can also link to
CM2000 via the same TIMELINK interface

NO RISK:- If Social Services want you to link to ANY other system that published an interface, The Ulysses
TIMELINK Module will be adapted to support that system.
