September 2008:- Ulysses ready with  Newcare Version 5

Newcare 2008 (Version 5.0), has now been released to existing and new users. This product’s speed, integration and functionality has received wide acceptance and is rapidly being taken up by the Ulysses user community.  Newcare integrates with every  Microsoft-compatible application, so for example financial users can actually launch their Sage accounts system from within Newcare. In addition, the system uses industry-standard Crystal Reporting, MS SQL 2005 and .NET, which makes it eminently suitable for even the most hardened IT professional. July 2008:- Timekey replaced:-  Ulysses has been involved in Time and Attendance for many years, marketing its own Timekey range of products. However, in line with the world trend towards overseas manufacturing, Timekey has now been replaced with a system that has more flexibility and world-class engineering, from Actatek in Taiwan. The range offers the latest fingerprint readers that are very reliable and in addition  is plug-and-play with standard Ethernet technology. This means we can deploy cardless Time solutions across multiple sites with ease, and quite simply offers the very best cost benefits to customers. Ulysses RotaPlus software, combined with the Actatek unit, becomes a compelling solution.

Oct 2007:- Ulysses is appointed UK Alpha Five Distributor  Alpha Software Inc, of Boston USA has appointed Ulysses an exclusive UK pre-sales consultant; Ulysses has adopted Alpha’s software for its own bespoke development platform, as Alpha’s ability to deliver RAD solutions outclasses all other similar products. Alpha’s recent addition of Version 9 supports all our platforms, including MS SQL and compliments and integrates with our VB.NET applications.
