Service Overview
Ulysses has 500+ users and operates a dedicated
service team, based at Chalgrove HQ, normally operating 9-5 Mon-Fri.
There is also an emergency out-of-hours helpline for those rare occasions when you need service and support at weekends, etc, as well
as 24/7 support available for critical systems such as ETMS.
